I found Lovelady through a Google search.  I called the number, and Chip Lovelady answered.  I told him what I wanted to do, and he arrived the same day to look at my project. As this was a big project, we got three quotes. After receiving the quotes, Chip had the best price and best service model.  Not only was Chip the best price, but he also offered the best window for the price.  He involved his window supplier and had them come out twice to measure before the order was placed.  No one else that provided a quote did much more than look at my windows. Chip stayed in touch with me during the window order process.  When the windows were delivered, he set a date and time with me to start the project.  The crew arrived early on the promised date.  They installed 22 windows in 4 days.  The crew was friendly and took time to clean up any mess created by the installation.  It is important to note that the installers were not contractors; they are Chip's employees. That made a huge difference for us. Lovelady did a fantastic job from start to finish.  Everything promised was delivered.  And, the quality of work is excellent. He was personable and transparent with extensive knowledge in construction, he said that he would send an estimate in a couple of days, and low and behold he did. He called a couple days before to schedule and said his crew would arrive at 7 am on the agreed on day and they were there on time, friendly and professional with an excellent quality of workmanship. They completed the job in a timely manner, even with some materials being difficult to acquire. Very nice people to work with. I highly recommend their services.

I needed almost all of my windows replaced, 38 total, and his prices were so much more reasonable than another competitor who quoted using the same window. Mike and his crew completed the job last week and they did an excellent job. They were very professional, courteous, and quickly cleaned up as they moved around the exterior of the house. The install guys were very profession and highly skilled. Was very happy with the work. Had them also replace an old leaky roof with a new one. Again, job well done.
